STANDARD RMA PROCEDURE

Complete as much information as possible to expedite your RA request. If you haven't received an RA number within 3 working hours please contact Returns on (02) 9318 4231 or 1300 300 413 (outside Sydney). NOT FOR RAPID REPLACEMENT or DOA: To make a Rapid Replacement or DOA request you need to use the Rapid Replacement Request Form

  • All goods must be returned to Lan 1 Head Office with the RA Number clearly marked on the seperate packaging. DO NOT WRITE ON THE PRODUCT BOX.

  • No goods will be accepted for credit after 7 days from date of invoice.

  • A re-stocking fee of 25% will apply to opened goods returned within 7 days of sale, subject to approval.

  • RA Number valid 7 days from issue date. Goods returned after 7 days, or incorrectly returned, will not be accepted.

  • Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes - please provide a street address only.
